15 Minute sessions include ONE - TWO question tarot /psychic reading. 15 minute readings are limited to 1 reading per day. If you choose to book 2 readings, you are agreeing that you know and understand that 1 of the 2 readings will be rescheduled for another day.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer express shipping?

Certainly! We provide options for both Standard shipping and Express Post.

How long does shipping usually take?

Every item is dispatched using express post and packaged within 24 hours of your order placement. We provide both Standard shipping and Express Post options. The delivery timeframe depends on Australia Post's service.

Do you do international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively exploring this option for future consideration.

My package is lost - What do I do?

As our primary shipping provider is Australia Post, we kindly request that you retain all shipping information updates and codes to assist them in addressing any potential package issues. Can I pick up my item or arrange my own courier?

Absolutely! You have the option to arrange a pickup at our store during shop hours.

Alternatively, you are welcome to coordinate your own courier service.

Please keep in mind that your order should be fully paid for before scheduling a pickup.

Can I track my parcel?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from Australia Post. You can monitor the progress of your order by visiting http://www.austpost.com.au/track/ and entering the consignment number.

Alternatively, if you have any inquiries about your parcel, you can reach out to Australia Post at 13 13 18. Be sure to provide your Express Post tracking number when speaking to a customer service representative.

Is it possible to modify the delivery address or reroute the parcel now that my item has been dispatched?

Once an item has been dispatched, it is not possible to alter the delivery address for parcels. It is essential to ensure that you have accurately entered the delivery address during the checkout process.

What occurs if I am dissatisfied with my order?

If, by any chance, you are dissatisfied with your retail order, we kindly request that you reach out via email within 14 days of receiving your order to describe the issue. Should an exchange not prove feasible, a refund can be processed, provided the items remain undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
